The Daily Pixel: The best way to spend 1,000 calories

Recently Mr. T and I watched a compelling video about the importance of eating brain food (more on that soon). The long and short? The best way to keep sharp and healthy is to eat a ton of leafy greens, brightly colored fruits and veggies, and organic meats and fish (among other things). This post is not about that. This post is about the best way to spend Sunday morning calories. It’s about the most ooey gooey sugar-coma-inducing cinnamon rolls I’ve ever met. The Pioneer Woman’s cinnamon rolls. I reviewed them here and everything I wrote last January is still true. They blow diet resolutions out of the water. They are hard to roll evenly. They are impossible to stop eating once you start. Enjoy!

If you try, I bet you could just smell the cinnamon… Note, if you’re not planning to share, you’ll probably want to cut the
recipe in half. One batch made eight trays of rolls.
